Ramble Construction is a family-owned construction company serving Kelowna, West Kelowna, and the surrounding Okanagan. Founded in 2022, our company brings together civil engineering knowledge, hands-on trade experience, and a commitment to doing the job right.
Our Story
Built From the Ground Up
Ramble Construction was founded in 2022 by Sandeep Herr and Handeep, bringing years of hands-on construction experience together under one company.
Before starting Ramble, Sandeep spent years working in framing, excavation, and concrete. That experience gave him a practical understanding of how construction projects come together, from the early groundwork to the finishing details.
As the company grew, so did the range of services it offered. Today, Ramble handles everything from concrete work and structural framing to drywall, renovations, and interior finishing. Sandeep and Gurminder oversee operations throughout Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley, while Handeep manages projects in the Lower Mainland.
What started as a shared business venture has grown into a locally owned construction company with a commitment to building lasting relationships and delivering work the team can stand behind.
EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
Engineering Knowledge Hands-On Experience
Good construction starts with understanding how things work, not just how they go together. At Ramble Construction, our approach combines technical knowledge with years of practical experience across multiple trades.
Both Sandeep and Gurminder have backgrounds in civil engineering, bringing an understanding of construction methods, materials, and project planning to their work. That knowledge is complemented by hands-on experience in concrete, framing, excavation, drywall, and renovations.
From evaluating the requirements of a project to finding practical solutions on site, this combination of knowledge and experience helps the team make informed decisions and approach each job with confidence.
Both Sandeep and Gurminder bring civil engineering backgrounds and Red Seal trade qualifications to Ramble Construction.
Concrete Construction
Sandeep brings extensive experience in concrete work, along with a background in framing and excavation. His understanding of the different stages of construction helps him plan projects and coordinate the work involved.
Drywall & Interior Construction
Gurminder brings eight years of trade experience, with a particular focus on drywall and interior construction. His role overseeing job sites puts that experience to work in the day-to-day decisions that affect the finished result.

Sandeep brings experience in concrete construction, framing, excavation, and renovations to his role at Ramble Construction.
As co-founder, he manages project estimates, scheduling, supplier relationships, and client communication throughout the Okanagan. His civil engineering background and practical trade experience help him understand the work involved at every stage, from the initial quote to project completion.
Gurminder Sidhu
Site Operations & Construction Management

Drywall Finisher & Plaster
With eight years of construction experience, Gurminder oversees Ramble’s day-to-day job-site operations throughout the Okanagan Valley.
His background in civil engineering and drywall construction allows him to approach projects with both technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills. He works directly on site, coordinating the work and addressing the details that influence the quality of the finished project.
Handeep Dhilon
Co-Founder | Lower Mainland Opperations
Handeep co-founded Ramble Construction with Sandeep in 2022 and oversees the company’s operations in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland.
His role allows Ramble to serve projects beyond the Okanagan while Sandeep and Gurminder focus on the company’s local operations.
